Ingredients

  • 60ml Ocean Gin (2 oz)
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth (⅓ oz)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon twist or olive, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill your glass:
    Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes to ensure it's icy cold.
  2. Prepare your mix:
    In a mixing glass, add the Ocean Gin and dry vermouth. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain & Serve:
    Remove the glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish:
    Add a lemon twist or olive to garnish, depending on your preference.

Tip: For a saltier touch, try garnishing the glass with a salt rim for an extra oceanic vibe.
